The One Diamond Package
Specifically designed for the bride who took care of it all,
from vendors
to the final touches.
This service is also called Day of the Wedding Coordination.
Pre Wedding preparation:
Unlimited email & phone calls with a professional
wedding planner
Limited person to person meetings as required
Consulting the Bride and Groom on how the ceremony should be
performed.
Reviewing contracts and contacting all vendors for both the
ceremony and reception.
Creating a Day of the Wedding timeline and a reception
timeline.
Organizing the rehearsal ceremony (usually 1 hour) as well as stress reliever ideas
Collecting all items that need to be at the ceremony &
reception (i.e. sign in book, programs, place cards, favors etc.)
A Wedding Party timeline will be handed out on your
rehearsal day

Day of the wedding:
Provide additional assistants as required for minor set ups
as well
as start to finish service.
We will coordinate the ceremony on your Wedding Day at
church or at the location of your choice.
An officiant is not included in our price package. We can discuss the options. We manage and
coordinate your vendors on your Wedding Day so you don't have to be stressed in
knowing
who will be doing what task.
We will be in touch with your facility to ensure a seamless
flow of events to take
place from pictures to guiding guests to their seats to
starting the ceremony.
Box all your personal items (i.e. champagne glasses, cake
cutters, gifts) and give them
to the designated person.
Our famous Concierge Service is also included in this
package.
